Chipcrumb was good. It means having visitahs and cold wether and rapped up things and growing a tree in the siting room. I had lots of rapped up things that they call PRESANTS and so did all the humans. I was fritened ( not really) when they told me a man in a red outfit was going to come into my bedroom and take my sok and put things in it. Well i doan wear sock and i dont like strayng men comin into my rwm even to put things in a soc which i havnt got anyway. He didunt come. All rapped thigs under twee. Thats funny i think. Mummy had a party froc but no party to go to and so she put on coat and didnt go to a party. On the day after the boxes day ( because some things wrapped in boxes) we went to a place called Brecon. We walked round som shops and Solly and Princess Ellie come too. Mummy bort shoes to go with party dress, but still no party to go to. Praps I have a party then she can ware it. On Sunndae, gess what? We went to see anty Sonia and Unkle Jeff! They has a big rwm an a big fire wot eats lots of wood. Evry time unkle jeff put wood on I liked the smell It smelld like the feeld wivowt the badger poo. Iplay with all Molly and Wufus toys and carry them to the room that had the fire thing that didunt smell of bager poo and chewd them all. Molly wagd her tail orl the time but W ufus hid behin Anty Calire and unkl Mrk. I went owt the garden and it got A JAKWOOZI!!! Wot do you think of that? I fell off the wall but i bownced. Then i played some more and gess wot? The nice man whose toof i nocked owt came to cee me! We had wunnerful presents from Anty Sonia and Unkle Jeff and mummy said she was norty. I doan think so she lovely.I rite moer 2 morrow becos unkle harri go to see Gareth the vet and I tell you wot he says. Harri much better but no more Players for him said mummy. Helo, this is Gways and I hav lots of newz. Frist, I am lookin forwad to this chipcrumb that evrywun talkin about and prezentz and foodc and food and more foode. Then las week we went to a veterans evenin in a big playce with foode and lotz of owld dogz runninround. We was donating a big silver cup wot had writing on in memry of my gwannie, Katie. Wehad lovely time and i et sosij on stic, wivoet stic, sandwidges, dwumstix, kish, gattow and vollyvonts. There was big mirra as we walked on and i fort wot a luvly setta i look. Unkle len was ther and anty evlyn and they wun my Gwanny's cup so that wos nise. They can ownly have ot for 1 ear and then it gows bak to the vetran place for sumwun els to win. This is Faith and I dont think that I have written on the blog before because I dont really trust the new fangled inventions and i would rather write a letter. Actually i would rather bounce about than write anything. Anyway I am looking after Harri who is very very ill with bronchitis, by the way Gways calls it BROWNKITUS just in case she refers to it. He has many tablets and he has had loads of pins stuck in him by Gareth our vet. He has a HORRIBLE cough and as a nurse I have to call mummy to give medicine in the night. Daddy gives him his tablets and I give him kisses to make him better. We are in Ben's bedroom and its lucky he isn't coming home til after the christmas because he'd have to sleep in the dogroom!!!!!! Only joking. Harri has started to eat a bit now so that's good and he eats puppy food which is easier to swallow. I shall ipdate you on this new fangled contraption soon, Love Faithxxxxxx He is sic too. helo. This is Gways and I am grown so big and lovely now that I keep wondering who it is when i look in the mirra. Daddy and mummy have been very very ill. ( no they haven't Grace they have had coughs and colds---Mesha ) Mummy home for many days from skwl. Shes gone bak now so that she can bring money to buy presents for Chrismus. Dont no what that is yet but Sampras sed that we hav tree in the sittin room. Thats so silly isnt it.

Hello everyone! It's a long time since we wrote on mummy's blog because we are usually so busy rushing around knocking things over that we have not very much time to sit down by the computer! We are looking wonderful and we are having such a good time with that silly puppy that the days go by too fast. She has been coming for a walk with us ( or a hi speed run in Sharapova's case -Sampras) she is not allowed off the lead for long though as she is too young to gallop and twirl about! We heard this week that Uncle Morri's girlfriend is out of hospital and mummy said that she is getting better! Good cos it's NO FUN being ill. It's very difficult to write this with Sampras breathing tripe fumes at me! He is going to write the next bit while I get some fresh air. Sharapova xx
This week Uncle Ben ( what's a vet in Londun ) was in the newspaper and we had to buy the Sun newspaper on Saturday to see the writing. We never buy that newspaper but I don't know why as I liked looking at the pictures in it. Anyway he had treated a Spaniel who had lungworm and was dying. Poor doggie he had lots of scans and thinks and Uncle Ben had heard that Viagra ( which is a human medicine for something that no one will explain to me) had been used for treating lungworm. The spaniel is now better and everyone is famous. Sampras xx

Shaz now. I don't think that anyone has said yet that uncle Morri's girlfriend had puppies 10 days ago and they are lovely, but she is very ill and she is in the hospital in Bristol. We all hope that she will get better. Morri is worried and he is barking so much my head is sore. Auntie Ellie has settled back to her London life! Sampras looks stunning but he was naughty in the show because I am in season and that makes the boys silly!!! Really they are silly anyway! Sharapova xxx

our uncle Jethro

It's high time that I was allowed to write something on, what is, after all my own blog! In case you have forgotten, I am Mesha and this is MY blog. On Saturday daddy, Jethro, Sampras, Morrigan and the baby Grace, or Gways as she calls herself were going to a big championship show. Baby developed an infection the day before and she couldn't go. She didn't actually mind because mummy was home and she said that she would take her out to give the rest of us a bit of peace! GREAT. Anyway, we all got up at 4AM and daddy and the three boys were on the road by 5AM. Mummy said that she would go back to sleep, but the baby kept singing loudly so she gave in and played with her instead!
Later on we heard that Uncle Jethro had got 1st in his class and then went on to challenge the 1st in Veteran bitch ( terrible word) HE WON. So he had best Irish Setter Veteran in show. Uncle Morrigan got a 4th and Sampras was naughty and didnt get anything!!!

Hi there I told you that I would write to you when I got home! This is Ellie and although I was a little bit sad to say goodbye to all my relatives I was soooooooo pleased to see my mum and my dad that I was more than happy to start packing my bags and toys and getting ready for London! My mum said that I looked very fit and I do too, as I ran many times up and down the steep field every day and I worked especially hard to keep up with Solly, my brother's son who is MEGA FIT!! Halo evrywun! Two dae we visit Anty Sonya and unkle Jef. She wos the wun wos in horse playce. We all went, well free of us on visot. I ran rownd and rownd the hows wiv mollee, bur Wufus, hee wos fritend hov me and he sort of jumped up and me after him and then unkle jeff he threw mug of coffeee all over my mumee and anty sonya showted" tayk off jeens and ware dresin gown".I still cept runin. Then a human puppy came to visit called Eloisee and I jumped up and nokked her down and she not mind much, but my daddy he did and he grab me and put me in car away from all nise toys. I had nise thyme and me go agane and anty sony much betta. Owtside me saw the mann who had a toof that i noked owt last visit! He like me!

Hello Princess Ellie here! I expect that you have all been concerned about my welfare since I last wrote, especially because I couldn't manage to locate dressed crab or fresh scallops. Things looked up when we sourced freshly smoked Arbroth kippers and mexican cous cous! Wonderful. My people are due back to the farm on Friday and then I look forward to catching up with my fashion guru, my ayervedic instructor, my Tai Chi leader and last but not least my personal puppy walker, Kay! Hello all, I am Miss Ellie or Princess Ellie to my friends and I have been left, no abandoned here on the mountain while my people are on safari in Botswana! I find humans beyond belief after all how could they even begin to enjoy a holiday WITHOUT ME! ? That puppy is a nightmare as she thinks that she is wonderful and the world revolves around her. How silly is that? It revolves around me!! The company here is good though luckily as I am here for a month! There are no good shops here and very few fresh produce markets similar to the ones I visit with my people in London on a Saturday. I have a feeling one would have to look very hard in Ystalyfera for a fresh scallop or a ready dressed crab. I shall let you know how things progress. Yours appealingly, Princess Elliexxxx

IT'S RAINING AGAIN!

Since last time I wrote in my blog ( this is Mesha) baby Grace has some new teeth! She was grumpy for a couple of days and one of her teeth was waggling in her mouth which made it difficult for her to eat. By the way, when I was teething, I still managed to eat the lot! She saw Uncle Gareth our vet man and he gave her some tooth medicine and then she was better AND she has some really shiney new teeth.
Last week in the rain, daddy had the dining room doors open so that we could go outside onto the terrace. The rain got worse and we had a big flood outside which we all jumped in and had real fun. The rain was in the dining room too and that was really good.
For the last two weekends we have been to shows and we have done well too. The drawback is we had to get up at 4.00AM on both Sundays!! This weekend, I am going to sleep all day, both days!! Mesha x

molly and rufus go home today

Today was a mixture of happy and sad for us. We were sad because our friends, Molly and Rufus are going home today, but happy because they are pleased that their mummy and daddy are coming home. Molly said that they were diving where there were sharks and Rufus said that he would be very very scared to dive and especially where there were sharks. (although we were not sure whether or not he knew what sharks are )Auntie Jackie came to see us today and brought another one of Morri's girlfriends. Mesha xx
This is Grace now! I saw a picture of a shark in a book and I can make a really good sharky face when I chase the others! I went to a show thing on Saturday and Uncle Jethro got best veteran but I don now what it is. He had 2 rosettes and he was happy. There were lots of stalls there selling things and a Police Dog team showing what they do. I think that when I am a bit older, then I will be joining the police dogs and running after naughty people. MY VISIT TO AUNTIE SONIA AND UNCLE JEFF

I am so sorry that I haven't written for a while, but life with a puppy is busy and now she wants to try to write something about her visit to Uncle Jeff, Auntie Sonia , Molly and Rufus's house! Hope you are ready for this, by the way her name is Grace, full name is MAESCARTREF AMAZING GRACE AT MAESFFYNNON!!! What airs and graces!
I went in car and we went lots of miles and we saw big house and evrywon outside to see me. went up to a man and knocked out his toof but he didnt mind. went into lovy garden and played with anty molly and ran and ran and ran but Rufus not keen on me. went into house too and wee on a cushin but no one minded ate plant but no one minded that . ate mytea and went home and Anty Molly and Uncle Rufus comingh for holiday soon. That puppy!

Well, this is a novelty. I never seem to get to the computer without SOMEBODY wanting to say something in my blog! This is Mesha and it is, after all, MY blog. The others are asleep in the sun, including THAT puppy who has everlasting batteries. This week, she is having her second injection and that means that she will be able to go out with us for short walks. She won't be allowed to run in he field for months yet as she is too young! GOOD. Also I have heard her boasting that she will be going to visit Auntie Sonia and Uncle Jeff: well I will go somewhere that she will be very jealous of, like Lego land or Longleat so there! Actually she is good fun and Vijay is in love with her. My babies were one year old last Saturday and that time has flown. They will be doing their PhD 's before we know it. Or working in the film industry because they are good looking like me!Mummy- the human one- is going to the Royal Welsh show this Thursday and I know that she will bring me something nice back! Well I hope so anyway! I am going out in the sun now with the others. Mesha x

South Wales kennel championship show

Yesterday, Daddy, Shaz,Vijay and Solly went to a big show. Guess what? Vijay won his stud book entry so we were all pleased, uncle Solly got a Reserve. Vijay got a big rosette and solly got a new collar from his mammy, Jackie. Uncle Morrigan's daughter won Best Puppy Bitch. I hope that Grace will be able to come soon cos then they will all see how grown up I really am!
Another good thing is, mammy has finished school for the summer so I must try to be helpful! Sharapova xxx

New addition to the family!

This has been such an exciting day. I knew that we were going to have one of Uncle Morrigan's babies to live with us but I didn't realise that it would be so much fun!She spent the first night in the dining room with me and Vijay. Daddy slept in the armchair to keep an eye on things! We were all very very good. She has met all of us but I expect that she likes me best of all. I can't really remember when my puppies were so small! Mesha xx

lots of shows and a very big storm

Hello all ! The weekend before last I went to ANOTHER show. It's such a laugh because I find it difficult to stand still and daddy tries not to get cross. Anyway I went in this huge ring with lots of girls and no boys to beat up! Anyway I ran around very nicely then I got itchy feet and I didn't stand for the judge lady to look at. I looked at her WHILE jigging around so SHE could have looked at me. Anyway I still got a number 4 place so dad wasn't too cross.
The next day some of us went to the Swansea show. Uncle Jethro won a big big class of all variety dogs . There were either 17 in it which is right mummy said but I thought it was 170 or 500. Anyway he did well and WON IT and we had to go back Monday to challenge best Veteran from the Monday show. Uncle Solly got a Second and I think he was too fast for the judge to watch because the judge couldn't keep up watching him. I got a YELLOW rosette. On the Monday we went back and I knew Uncle Jethro would win. Well he would have but they had to close the show because of the very bad weather. We all had to go to the nearest gate and the Army escorted us out. What fun. We went home and had food then a nap. Then I beat up Sampras who was still asleep! Sharapova xxx

The Royal Welsh Smallholders' Show

Well I don't know! Last Saturday we went to a big well very very big field and there were tents and lots of funny coloured dogs and people and burger vans! Sampras came and my mummy Mesha and Uncle Solly. We all went into a big sort of tent but which would be big enough to be a house! Lots of people came to make a fuss of us, well of me really. After lots of time and sleep, we went outside to the grass and the Gundog ring. I had loads of fun bouncing about in my class and showing how much I could wriggle. I got a yellow and I wanted a red because I like red. I also like purple and white though. Anyway, Sampras went into his class which was Junior( because daddy can't show both of us in one class)He got a red and the he got BEST PUPPY in breed. I should have got that! Mummy was in a big class with lots of boys and only one girl. There were 100 in the class or 12 I can't count very well yet. She got a yellow which was really good because the boys have big show off coats. We sat and watched some more judging and I wriggled into the ring so got told off. On Sunday daddy and mummy went to see Ellie and Morrie's puppies. They said they are lovely! Sharapova xxxx

New children for Uncle Morri

I thought that it was about time that I put paw to keyboard and wrote in my blog! I am very pleased indeed with the way in which my twins are growing up and I personally feel that they are very intelligent! Anyway, yesterday we had such an exciting phone call: 9 weeks ago a lady dog came to visit Uncle Morri and apparently it was love at first sight. Guess what? her mummy rang up to say that she had given birth to 11 lovely babies! 6 girls and 5 boys! Mummy and daddy will be going to see them when they are a few weeks older. If daddy is allowed to take photos, I will put one or three on my blog for you to see! Meesha xx

grandma Calypso in the snow last week!

I thought that you would like to see our Grandma Calypso in the field last week in the snow. It was funny because it all went away quickly and we wondered who was eating it. Granny told us that the sun was melting it? Good job that we aren't made of snow. I've got some pictures of us two in the snow too, but I will keep that for another day. Hi there1 Sharapova here. This photograph is me running in the field on Sunday morning! I had a great day on Saturday when we went to a really big show called a Premier Show with thousands of dogs. I got a big red rosette for 1st in puppy and there were lots in the class and a "best puppy in breed "rosette too. Uncle Solly got a red rosette in one of his classes and a blue in another and my mummy got a yellow in her class which was good as lots got kicked out. She has decided to start going to the gym. We had a lovely day and we all ate some of daddy's sandwiches and came home in time for bed. Mummy Meesha said I wasn't to put that in about the gym but I don't know how to rub it out!

Well here I am again after a very busy time! Thanks, Barkley for your comment and yes, I have been trying to get the people to buy us really trendy pinnies, but so far this week all that's been in the post is WORMERS!!! What! Anyway the photo is of Mummy Calypso and she was busy in the kitchen while I was taking it easy. Mummy Calypso and Uncle Jethro went to Crufts and they both won places so they came home REALLY big headed and you can imagine they didn't stop going on about it. We have a lot of photos which I will get Daddy (human ) to put on my blog. He has been very ill with the FLU. We have loads of baby lambs up here and they do look very very juicy. My twins are doing well and they have a friend to stay over Easter so they are all very happy. Yesterday they all made papier mache with the Times colour supplement. What intelligence! They must take after me. Today we have all the Sunday papers so I must let them have a look later to see what they would like to do with them.

A very exciting day

Hello I am Sharapova and I have written in Mummy's blog before. I am going to let Sampras who is my brother write something this time, but not too much! This is Sampras writing:
We got ready on Wednesday to go to meet some of the mammy and daddy human friends. It was a long way and we were going to a place called Brecon. First, we stopped for eating in a place where lots of humans were going in and out and lovely smells came out too. We met a puppy dog who lived there, but we think he was speaking Welsh and we couldn't make out what he said. After we went to a place along a long narrow road with lots of trees and what mammy who was in the front seat said was a gate house. It was very quiet and--- THANKS SAMPRAS you are doing too much and I need to say my bit now.Go away! Anyway we reached the end of this little road and we saw a big sort of orchard and a walled garden and then we saw an amazing sight. Look at my photos! These birds are RHEAS and they were very strange. When they are worried they make like a foghorn noise. We stayed there a long time and saw a lively cockerel and a chicken and dogs and a big fluffy ginger cat. The lady called Margaret who owns the rheas lives in a converted stable which is like in a story book. Then when it was getting late we went home to have supper and to tell all the others what had happened that day. I hope we can go again and I hope we can have a rhea and a chicken and a cockerel and a converted stable. WE also met two lovely dogs and one who is a black lab fell for me and who can blame him? hello, I'm Sharapova!

Mummy Mesha said that I'm old enough to write sometimes in her blog! I was 6 months old yesterday and I'm quite chubby and pretty. I'm also very well behaved and I never jump up or steal anything. (note from Mesha----that's not true actually)Yesterday it was very raining and so we (that is my brother Sampras) was being very full of bouncing around and knocking things over. Mummy and Daddy decided we would go to the beach and we were excited even though we didn't know what beach was. Anyway we all piled into the car and
then I was even more excited as uncle Vijay was in the car too! Anyway we got to beach and there was squashy yellow stuff on the floor that my paws sank on and like a big bowl of water with the blowy thing making it go mad. Uncle Vijay said that it was the sea and waves, and the yellow stuff was sand. It all smelled nice too. We got blown along and then we all went to the water but it chased us. We all got back to the car tired out and daddy dried us with a big towel. We are going again soon and I'll chase the water this time instead of the water chasing me. Mummy Mesha said that Sampras can write next time.

happy new year!

Well, Christmas has come and gone and we all missed Granny Kate a lot. She used to enjoy all the wrapping paper and shiny lights at Christmas. We has Molly and Rufus staying over the holiday and they were good fun and they really liked to play in the field. Their mummy and daddy came to get them on Sunday and we were all sad to see them go home.
Mummy is now back in school and so that means that we all get up in the dark! We are all looking forward to the next holiday! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!
